Nothing says I love you like a dead body or two.

Miyuki Satori understood the dangers that lay hidden in the shadows of his city. As a crime reporter based at the Sapporo Police Station, it was his job to cover every bloody murder committed by the local yakuza. Winter Yakuza is a dark yakuza romance novella set in Sapporo. It features a determined yakuza and the reporter who falls for him, though romance is far bloodier than Miyuki expected. Also features an interesting use of snowmen. It is set within the same universe as the Tokyo Nights series'.
